ACE Community Impact Award Nomination

Please insert your narrative (no more than 500 words) explaining why your company should be considered for the Community Impact Award. The spirit of this award is to recognize the organization which has together, with their employees, given back to the communities in Arizona for the greater cause; in form of volunteer work, charitable contributions.

The ACE Board Members will review the submission and may request an interview (no longer than one hour) with the person(s) in your business that leads efforts to contribute to the betterment of our community. Please provide the name and number of the appropriate person we should contact to schedule an interview.

While preparing your narrative, please consider the following information as it relates to last year:
• List of charities/community organizations your company supported
• List of charitable events/community your company and employees supported
• Percentage of last year's revenue contributed to charities/community
• Percentage of employees participating in charitable/community activity
• Short description of “key events” with impact on Arizona community
• Other contributions including environmental, not necessarily monetary, your company has made to the community
